Mind Journey Psychology provides counselling sessions for adults, couples and families. We offer face to face appointments, Telehealth appointments and Walk and Talk appointments in nature. For Walk and Talk sessions, we meet in the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai local area. From there, we talk, walk, learn, sit, and connect. The journey is up to you!

Psychology sessions are eligible for Medicare rebates provided you have a referral from your GP and a Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plan. However, you can make an appointment without a referral if you do not wish to claim a rebate.

We also offer supervision to other health professionals such as counsellors, social workers and psychologists. Lisa is a board-approved supervisor and offers supervision to provisional psychologists as either a primary or secondary supervisor.

Walk and talk therapy sessions

Before you start Walk and Talk sessions, I am happy to chat with you to help you decide if this is a good fit for you. Then, we can schedule an initial assessment session in person in my consulting room or online via Zoom. This is a chance for me to learn about you, your circumstances, and your needs. It’s also a chance for you to meet me, and for us to tailor your outdoor sessions to your needs, activity level, and mobility.
